User-Defined Stride Length
On SCIFIT's StepOne Recumbent Stepper, the user, not the product, determines stride length. This allows for an infinite selection of movement within the 11.5-inch maximum stride length.
Climbing Stairs
While other seated steppers may offer a user defined stride length, they don't offer a range suitable to train for the most common and desirable activities of daily living (ADLs) like ascending and descending stairs.
Small, Safe Increments
The industry's lowest starting resistance and 191 computer controlled levels provide the ability for the user to increase in desired increments safely.
Tracking Stride Length
Only SCIFIT's patent pending Intelli-Stride tracks the user's average stride length. This feature is ideal for users regaining range of motion, documentation purposes and goal setting.
Recording Progress
SCIFIT's Intelli-Fit console constantly measures exercise data in real time, making it easier to track user progress. Average and maximums are easily recorded via Fit-Key. Adding the optional Fit-Key software opens even greater possibilities for custom programming and data retention.
